Well, for all of my soapboxing about AMC crank :mrgreen: shaft shortages, I managed to pick up a 390 crank on ebay today for $250. I just hope it mags out OK.

Then all I have to do is decide whether to offset grind it out to 3.68" or down to 3.28" :-|

I sent the $ out for it on Friday, it ougta be here some time this week. The pics looked pretty good. I was lucky to get it, I think, because when I just did a search for amc crankshaft, it didn't come up. I did another search for forged steel amc and voila, there it was.
