six2win I have a stock points distributor that I upgraded with a pertronix ignitor and coil. I want to reuse the distributor on a rebuilt engine but it has excessive endplay (.117”). Is there a way to shim this or should I look for a new distributor? Also what should the length of the distributor drive be from the timing cover shoulder to the top of the drive gear? Thanks Brian
