From the factory, the HD springs didn't lift any, they just had a higher spring rate, so they rode a little stiffer. When I got my 69 AMX, the factory springs had a helper leaf added somewhere in it's life. I bought a new set of HD springs from Kennedy American, they lifted the rear about 2" from where it sat with the worn out springs.
