Junebug Looking for cheap fuel injection for my 4.2 I6. My understanding is Howell makes a kit that uses the chevy TBI from the 4.3 V6 and adapts it to the AMC 4.2. Here's my question. Has anyone done this swap on their own without the Howell kit? (i.e take TBI from junkyard 4.3 and swap it to a 4.2.) I have searched some on the internet but have not found anyone that has tried this. If Howell can do it, I am sure we can figure it out.
Junebug Yes but he doesn't sell the kit for 4.3 to 4.2. He is also not specific on the actual swap. I need the details. This is what kills you in the end. Thanks.
