Lifters, yes, if you are not changing the camshaft. Push rods are iffy. Depends on if the heads have been surfaced, head gasket thickness, etc. Best take some time to check the rocker arm geometry with stock push rods. Better yet, an adjustable push rod will help you determine the length of push rod you need to have correct geometry.
