Thanks everyone! The house has more options than I realized. Its been a hecktic week and now that thing have settled down I can get busy on the Matador :turn-l: We move in after the basemant and landscaping are complete,maybe middle of June. I also get to paint the garage floor with that epoxy gray finish :mrgreen:

Sorry Mudrat!
I 'm really sorry I havn't been here in a while.What little time I have left goes to the Forum, maybe about 20minutes a day.Of course there is work,night school(solid state/electrical engineering) and setting up the new garage,and repainting the living room. I've met several contrators to finish landscaping,basement and a patio deck.
We move in next month and can't wait. Its been a lenthy process of recieving the deed (clear and free) and setting up financing to pay off the taxes,we close next week! =D> .We got a fixed rate at 30 years so the payments are really reasonable. I will post pics next week when the living room is complete. :turn-l: Well take care and I promise to visit more regular.Pat

I took the Rebel over last night...you can't believe how good it looks on that newly painted floor.I used the two part epoxy paint Rustoleum has.I applied it by the numbers and it covered the floor in one coat and it took 1 gallon.Real easy :lo1l:
Unfortunately the brake light switch went bad so I have to get another to fix it. It should only take a few minutes to repair it. I found a really nice ceiling fan for the garage and it should circulate the air really good.The ceiling is 10ft. high in there.If I can get my kid to bring back the digi camera this weekend I'll be sure to snap a few sooner than later.
