I am putting a 401 in a 1991 wrangler and I am planning on using the power steering pump that originally came on the 1975 401. I would like to use the original 91 wrangler steering box.
What kind of trouble am I going to run into? Can I just use stock CJ power steering hoses or do I need something special.

To my knowledge the YJ pump is the o-ring style and will tkae the 81-86 CJ5-7-8 power steering lines...I believe

You can also use the PS pump and resevoir off a late 70's Monte Carlo :t: it's all standard thread and dimensions rather than the metric on the Jeep.
