TEASE. put these pictures away. :shock: Poor Rat was led down the path of V-8 or nothing now you go and steal pictures of something like this .......... you are an evil man waiting till just after he got the 360 to drop this one on the imagination. hey get back to work you've been slacking off in the desert. 8) next thing on the agenda new cast iron thick cylinder wall 401 short blocks $???? :razz: maybe :t: $2500, includes crank, rods ...virgin block with prioritized (redesigned) oiling system :lo1l: LOL yeah right. that way when the rat grenades the 360 he'll be able to easily transition right into a nice 401, edelbrcok heads, and EFI :mrgreen: Ah at least the new distributor gears i ordered will do for now in the tired old bandaided 401. :wink:

Yeah I do 🙁: I have 1.5 - 6 bangers running (the 1/2 runs but has real bad crank walk) and NO 360.
So what did I do today? Bought Chris's 258 another 6-banger - so now SOMEBODY has to come up with some trick Hi performance 6-cyl parts, improved ALT and PS brackets, and find me some .30 over pistons to stuff in it!!!

Cliffard 6=8 is your ticket Mud. MSD now has Pro-Billet Breakerless Distributors for the AMC 6 now as well :lo1l: #8516 fits '65-'90 YJ Wrangler & CJ with 199, 232, 258 C.I.* *Must be used with MSD Ignition Control (part #6470) sold separately.

Yup - got'm - intake, tri-Y headers topped by a webber 38 :t: And it's sparked by TFI conversion :lo1l:

And the 6 I picked up today even has the Clifford valve cover that'll get transplanted :wink: !

No problem - you gunna front me the coin to do it?? At that custom shop I was telling you about today, theres a guy that want them to do that to the old 232 bolck he had'm build. If your going to do that, put 2 more cylinders in there and do it right!!
