304 heads are dogleg?

Guy on Ebay has a 304 he is selling. Calls the Heads dogleg. I know what the term implies. Does anyone know is this good, bad, or indifferent. Will this prevent headers being installed, ect.. Thanks. I am trying to find an engine for my 79 CJ. #-o

yup late 71 and later heads are all dogleg.
