Been a couple threads on other board about a guy who changes names frequently ripping off other Jeepers - selling parts and not delivering the goods. From what I've been able to read he's living with his grandparents and his dad owns a Rhino Linings place in Macon, GA.

Your one of many victims. I almost paid the guy (under the alias of Rhino'd YJ at the time) close to 800 dollars before I received warning from others and was fortunate to put a stop to the payment ahead of time. I was lucky to have stopped this but many more were not. I have no clue how many hundreds if not thousands of dollars this man has stolen from the jeep community by delivering false promises and violating the law.
The guys name is Ryan Spivey, he lives in Macon Georgia. He has sold on other forums and frauded people on those, he has had several aliases on this forum as well.. rhino'd yj/offroadyj are the two I know of. If you have any information on this gentleman please make a post letting us all know.. Basically if you know anything about him and any transactions you attempted to process with him (and if you paid for an item/how much and did you receive your goods).
It looks like this guy needs to have the legal system put a stop to his actions. I'm going to step up and do that but information by other individuals victim to his fraud to come forward so we can have appropriate legal action (if needed) taken against this individual.
