I just picked up a new project :? . It's a Manx style buggy. The problem is the pan is a '54 but it was re-regestered as a '71 :smile: . We have to smog everything from '67 on......so if anybody has a pre '67 pan and title they want to sell cheap let me know :wink: . It came with a truck load of part's and 2 motor's, all for $600 :? .

that will be a fun little project. I always loved going to VW shows/swaps, and watching people fire up the aircooled motors sitting on the ground there to test them out. -Paul

awesome I used to own a buggy I installed a stroker 2100cc engine had to grind the case...it would pop wheelies but motor didnt last very long :oops:

Ahh Natzi rockets..Volksbeaters.. So much fun so simple and cheap to build.. That ought to be a blast to build!!

ever notice how the VW symbol on the center caps of volkswagens look like swastikas while the wheels are spinning? :idea: Hitler's revenge? :-| ....not impressed. 8)
