Restoring a J-10

.......At the shop I work at part time a guy dropped off a 74 J-10 with 11,000 original miles on it and wants us to fix it up and paint it. Even with the low miles it did see alot of winters with salt and such so it does have some rust. If anyone is interested I will try to do a before/during/after picture post of the restoration. It may be an all winter project as he said just so its done by summer. What section should something like this be posted ?

so far the only thing I have seen that it needs (I only walked around it quickly) was the drivers rocker........easy to make at my full time job, and the front bumper. Whoever owned it before must have been pretty AMC proud because he painted an AMC flag on the side of the topper. :t: I will post the pics in the full size section.......hope to get the first ones on the weekend sometime with details of the truck.

I have seen some of the toppers of that era that had the R/W/B AMC symbol in the same spot. Maybe it was something Jeep did for a few years.
