Navy Advancement Test results came out today, AND, I found out this afternoon that I'm getting advanced to E-6. :lo1l: For me that's Petty Officer First Class. You you Jarheads and Grunts, that's Staff Sergeant. And for you Fly Boys, that's Tech Sergeant. Can you tell I'm excited. Made it in less than 7 years of service, not too shabby if I do say so myself. Erik

Thanks guys!!

Quick run down on how the Navy works. You spend 6 months as a E-1, 9 months as a E-2, 6 months as an E-3. Then you start taking tests. Made E-4 the first time I took the test. Then 1 year until I'm eligible to take the E-5 test. Took it 4 times. Then 3 years till I'm eligible for the E-6 test. Made it on the 1st try. :lo1l:
