Oversized steel fueltank options out there

How much hangdown did they add? Id like to minimize that. At one point thought i found a collins brothers tank that held 21 gallons and tucked pretty tight like 1 additional inch of hang down and no need for a skid plad. but cant find it anymore What are you experiences, what do you recommend or have you used. My 15 gallon tank had a hole so since i have to replace might as well spend a little extra jack and get a larger HD tank Thanks

Ya, 460 etc. but U could choose some different tanks. The one thing I like about them is that they have a departure angle built into the tank. RollBar

I agree they are nice. If I recall correctly they are thick enough that they act as thier own skidplate. I am actually looking at the 30gal one for my XJ (since my tank is like 17 gallons from being dented on the trails). That'll have to wait until someone donates me some money!
