First size your pictures to no more than 2.5 inches wide to fit in the forum window. This is so you can read the text in the post without having to scroll sideways.
Then go to PHOTOBUCKET (which seems to be the easyist) or Imagesatation or someplace similar and set up an account. Photobucket and Image station have free space or you gan get a premilum account with unlimited access etc. These screen shots were taken when RIPWAY offered free unlimited access,
OK, after you find someplace to host your pics (and it doesn't matter where, these screen shots were available so I used them but the proceedure is similar WHERE EVER you go)
After creating your account, the account details will come up. You can then proceed to "your files".
You can then upload files to the general files folder or create subfolders to organize your pictures in.
Once you have uploaded your pictures, you can click on the link provided to see the picture.
In order to post the picture in the forums, you must copy the URL provided on the screen under the file name, and paste the address into the forum post you are creating.
After copying the URL, paste it between the 
URL HERE[/img] tags to see your picture in the forum.
