need blueprint for swing carrier

I have a 97 TJ and need to make a carrier so I can carrier my spare 35. I want a swing out, I have a class 3 reciever mounter under the stock bumper now. Does anyone have plans or write ups on a tire carrier or tire carrier/bumper that I could have?

yea that is pretty much what I ended up building, except I want to utilize the tailgate as the latch still...not sure how to do that yet.

Well I got a start on it today, didn't get as far as I wanted though...too tired. I need to mount D rings and a reciever in the bumper still, then for the swing arm I have to find a piece of DOM (hard as hell to find the size i need) to finish the hinge. The tricky part is going to be the latch. I want to make it so the tailgate latch is what open and closes it. Not too sure how its going to work yet... :-|
