A 48 year old farmer, father of 2 girls in colledge and a 15 year old son ,was taken off life support today after getting struck by lightning thursday. He lived a half mile from me. May your prayers be with his family.

To make things worse, school starts tomorrow, the funeral will be on the 5th, and the family has a large crop of tobacco to harvest. It is the classic story of the young son suddenly having to fill his fathers shoes.
