In my floating about different BBs, I found a similar thread about the Trail Rated Stickers. It said and is true, that if you call 1-800-925-JEEP (1-800-925-5337) and provide the operator the VIN for your JEEP(s) they will send you a Trail Rated sticker. YES, they put you in a database, and YES, you provide them with an Email addres. So, I will be gettting 3 Trail Rated stickers, and probably a ton of Jeep advertising in my Yahoo email box.
The operator was surprised at how many people had heard about it over the internet, I guess she never heard of Bulletin Boards.

FSJNovice, it's for ANY Jeep EVER built. No preferential treatment. The 3 that I got were for my 71 CJ-5, 87 XJ and 89 XJ. I found the VIN for the 89, even though I sold it a while back. LOL

call the eagle a"jeep eagle".
