rollen dean montoya wrotedid you check the motor and tranny mounts? if they were not torqued or
a bolt is sheared then this could be your problem.drain and fill the t-case
with the proper lube oil. without being their to here it for myself this is
a w.a.g(wild ass guess).

Yup walked him thru all of that - he said it sounds like a chain noise, but he has a D300 t-case??? Waiting for the audio file so I can here it too. It started out as a clucnk so we got the bad U-joints swapped out too. He says it happens in neutral when he revs, or in gear with the t-case in neutral.??/
