OK I got a deal for you guys (EFI edebrock AMC)

We are trying to put together a Group buy on edelbrock's new EFI. We need to raise 25K... :!: We have 3-5 people who will buy and the discount will be know and posted tomorrow...but expect 2-500 dollars off retail. We arent making any doug off this we will be selling edelbrock stuff at close to cost after the buy in...this isnt limited to EFI's you can get heads as well and intakes...we will know more on pricing tomorrow. the group buy is only on the efi systems then? got a guy here at the shop building a street rod wants some edelbrock stuff for it for a f##d engine.

I'd love to go in, but with the axle upgrade on the CJ, and the AMX rebuild, I just don't have that kind of scratch to spare right now. Hope you make it, I may need one in 6-9 months. Bob tufcj

MC, why don't you do a dyno comparison of a stock AMC V8 compared to a Edelbrock equipted one? Just pick some extra cash off that money tree you have out behind your shop. :wink: Seriously, I would like to see what kind of differences the heads and the FI make. I'd love to go in, but right now have too many other things going on financially. :smile: Jack (Might pick up some Edelbrock headers in ~6 months)

Long awaited prices... ok here is the best I can get...tell only those interested...edelbrock has worked a deal with us and these are prices lower than normal for this group buy AMC performer heads one head is $615.00 AMC EFI complete $2195.00 This is a great savings for anyone who is interested...this is only for the first 15-20 orders after that edelbrock said they are raising my price CONFIDENTIAL!!!!

Hey jeeps4ever, how's coming with the EFI buy? I assume you need to do a lot of paperwork or something to become a Edie vendor. Any idea on the time frame for this happening? I PM'ed from "the light side" (man, I never thought I would say that about PBB, but if Dusty says this is the dark side, then it must be true! 111!!! ) about I guy that is interested. I got his name from the AMC Forum.

I got the whole pricelist today! I will post when the deal will go through. I am meeting with a rep next wednesday. After the paperwork is done its up to edelbrock. He told me to be carefull and not take any preorders till eddy says its ok.
