We originally offered this only to V8 fans who were looking for a solution to oil pump problems. The outside of the AMC V8 cover was nickel plated only by accident when the pump cavity was plated. The look of the nickel was so popular that some forgot that the advantage to the nickel was in the pump cavity :mrgreen: So we are now offering Electroless nickel plated 232-258-151(4 cyl) timing covers to those who want to add a long lasting fine finish to their rebuilt engines. coming soon
