An 8 hour day that went 9 1/2 .. learned a few things and we did rig out that rotor. Think rotor in a stator with only 1/2 clearance on each side, add in it's over 7,000 pounds and your working chainfalls from each end to pull it out level :shock: . Yeah, the application to winching is there ;-))))

Never Tick Off A Nurse!! The best thing that happend today ...
A big shot attorney had to spend a couple of days in
the hospital. He was a royal pain to the nurses
because he bossed them around just like he did his
staff. None of the hospital staff wanted to have
anything to do with him.
The head nurse was the only one who could stand up to
him. She came into his room and announced, "I have to
take your temperature." After complaining for several
minutes, he finally settled down, crossed his arms and
opened his mouth. "No, I'm sorry, the nurse stated,
'but for this reading, I can't use an oral thermometer.. This started another round of complaining, but eventually he rolled
over and bared his behind.
After feeling the nurse insert the thermometer, he
heard her announce, "I have to get something. Now you
stay JUST LIKE THAT until I get back!" She leaves the door to his
room open on her way out.
He curses under his breath as he hears people walking
past his door, laughing. After a half hour, the man's
doctor comes into the room. "What's going on here?"
asked the doctor.
Angrily, the man answers, "What's the matter, Doc?
Haven't you ever seen someone having their temperature
taken?"
After a pause, the doctor confesses, "Not with a carnation."

Wed - on the road south. Weather sucked, but I was on my way :?
Thu - georgous day, got in about 10ish and spent the day in the sun reading and relaxing.
Fri - met a bunch fo FL Jeepers. Great Group! Brent and Tina fed me lunch ;-) did a little wheeling in the ONF (forgot the camera :oops: ).
Sat - OUTSTANDING wheeling. sand and mud - MUD!!! Yeeee haw!!!!
Sun - AM group photo op. We had about 49 Jeeps in the pic. some Jeepers had left early, some were still packing. But we had 49 in the pics!!! I've got 85Meg worth of pics I need to format before posting :? ...

Well, let's see ...
Got a bonus check for working those 12/7 weeks (almost paid for the rims I just bought, but did cover ALL expenses for the FL Trip!!!! )
Had a company B-B-Q for lunch
Got MC's sweater in the mail (finally, now that you don't need it :oops: )
Got a cord of wood split and stacked (4 x 4 x 8 feet)
umm.... pretty much sums it up ...

Beautiful day out!! Started cleaning up the yard, got it mowed, raked, fed and seeded - then proceded to split at least a cord of wood for next winter and my son was there to help!!!
