lawrangx The welds on the rockers were mine........my welder/brother was not available and I had to get them together for a trip. They had good penetration, just look like crap. :mrgreen: Rockers are made frome an 8" piece of 3/16 I had someone break so the top was 5&1/2" tall. The tubing is 1.5OD 4130 .134 wall. Inside the tub, I have a 3" piece of 3/16 for support. The front bumper is made of the same tubing, but the winch mount is a piece of 1/4" 3x3 angle welded longways to a 3x4 piece of angle. |____| It is also notched around the swaybar mount so it it mounted with those bolts as well as the lower frame bolts.
