upper 70's and wet, wet, wet, wet, wet, wet, wet, wet, wet. We're under a flood watch until noon Tuesday. Some streets are 2 feet deep right now. Some intersections in Portsmouth are even worse - last weeks rain had a kid kyaking down the street - I can only imagin what another 3" of rain has done to that area!!!
