Tigger The 2" BB is cheaper than the 3" Standard kit but the 3" kit comes with alot more stuff and offers better performance and flex. Decide on where you want to be later on. As most people figure out after they have spent money on the 2" so they can run 31's and decide they want 33's and need to buy a 3" Kit. It all boils down to how its intended to be used.
