Do you have any long splined slip fittings? I'm going to try and convert my existing yokes for the CJ, but with the SOA, spring reverse (yada-yada-yada)articulation, I think i'll need some longer splined tubes ???

I just found out about a guy that redoes some Waggy CV driveshafts for $110 shipped ($80 for the shafts and $30 for shipping). Includes retubing, new joints, but no long slip. Let me know and I can send you the info.

Go ahead and post it - others may need the info - and a CV up front probably wouldn't hurt

I believe his AIM is MYHEEP and his email address is MYHEEP@AOL.COM if I am not mistaken. If my poor beer loaded memory serves me right tonight his name is Luke. Shoo, I will doublecheck into it...

111!!! Do to the undesirable interest in the post modification of the defamation of the drive shaft simulation, it may be necessary to point out the inevitable possibility that the probability of the mode of failure when modifying a Wagoneer, big and powerful into a smaller more agile CJ5, that the drive shaft although mighty and strong, will preferably need a little shrinking action to accommodate the more petite CJ, and most possibly never fit. Aint that right MC?

Larry after watching you beat on the lathe chuck trying to straiten a driveshaft.....i concur 8)

MC what's your stock look like?
Running lengths are about:
Rear - 24.25
Front - 33.25
I'll need to get the tape out and remeasure, but that's close.
Also, Need some front shocks 13" travel (-6, +7) with a 23" running height.
Anyone? Anyone? .. Bueller?, bueller?

Pat. my old front driveshaft I cut down tthat I used in the rear is 24.5". Let me know if interested - has brand new u joints in it. It's the smaller shaft, but at the very least would make a great spare.
