amc V8 rebuild kits?

I found this on the web and was wondering if anyone has ever bought and used one of them.

They advertise lightweight pistons, does that mean aluminum??? I really don't like the idea of using aluminum pistons. I'm not building my 360 for performance racing...
Is there a really good rebuild kit that isn't too expensive?
